We want you to love your purchase from Academy for Leaders! If there's an issue, here's how we handle
returns.

Return/Exchange Window:
- Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Exceptions:
No returns or refunds on:
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products (if any)

Refund Process:
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days
